• Buy two or more Kingfisher Airlines tickets via FLYBUYSMS, for travel between 15th July 2008 to15th August 2008 both days inclusive (the Promotion Period), and win an assured 2 GB MP3 player (herein after referred to as Promotion).
• Neither the employees of Kingfisher Airlines Limited (KFA) or PayMate nor the families or relatives of employees of KFA or PayMate are eligible to participate in the Promotion.
• This Promotion is valid only for those Guests who have booked their Kingfisher Airlines tickets via FLYBUYSMS and traveled using the same during the Promotion Period

• This offer is valid only for flights bookings only up to 15th August 2008. i.e. if a Guest books Kingfisher Airlines return tickets on 20th July 2008 for a Mumbai Delhi Flight for 17th August 2008, he will not be eligible for the offer.
• Travel agents cannot avail of this Promotion.
• One Guest is eligible to receive only one MP3 player irrespective of the number of tickets he books ie even if the Guest books under the same name but with different mobile numbers, will still be eligible for only one MP3 player
• MP3 players will be send to the eligible Guest within 25 working days from the end of Promotion Period.
• Providing a valid mobile number and postal address in India is a must for getting benefits of this Promotion
• This Promotion cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion of Kingfisher Airlines or PayMate
• KFA / PayMate reserves the rights at any time to change, modify, withdraw, extend or terminate the Promotion at their sole discretion without any prior notice and without any liability or obligation in this regard.
• KFA and PayMate shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered or any personal injury that may be suffered by any person as a result of participating in the Promotion. KFA and PayMate do not warrant or make any representation or assurance on the quality of the MP3 and shall in no event be liable in this regard. In the event of non-availability or inability of KFA to give the MP3, KFA shall have the right to offer an alternate product of approximately to the equivalent value and the Guest shall unconditionally accept the same and shall not hold KFA liable on any account.
• All decision of KFA and PayMate under this Promotion shall be final and binding on all Guest. This Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Laws and it is irrevocably and unconditionally agreed that the Courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any disputes arising from or in relation to or concerning the Promotion.
